Einstein Moving reached out to Eureka as a growing company that had quickly outgrown their out-of-the-box tools used to run and manage their business. Over the years, they had added a variety of individual software programs , which eventually lead to manually entering (often duplicate) information into multiple systems with sometimes less than 100% accuracy.
Eureka worked closely with Einstein to learn their business and the pain-points they were facing. The Eureka team designed and built a custom solution that fit their business needs and allowed the company to continue growing. The solution was a scalable cloud based software system that automated and replaced their manual scheduling, quoting and communication processes.
Now all of their critical business processes are automated and tracked. Einstein’s previous quote estimation system (which was manually calculated per job) was error prone, and is now completely automated! Eureka also integrated Einstein’s existing online quote forms with the new system to streamline the management of inbound leads. The UI (user interface) is straightforward and interactive, making it a breeze to schedule customer appointments and employees. Since the software is cloud based, their office personnel are able to instantly connect to the movers while they’re out on the trucks for updates.
As a testament to the success of the project, Einstein has opened additional locations and is currently planning to expand into more cities. Their significant growth and expansion would not have been possible with their former out-of-the-box tools and manual processes.
