The team quickly found themselves working as business and process consultants for Rush, and formed the ad-hoc project into a repeatable and scalable software system. Coupled with Eureka’s expertise in emerging technologies, the team defined and standardized the sales process and integrated a corporate-wide Customer Relationship Management system. The system featured custom sales tools, inventory systems and dealer service solutions. If the evidence of success wasn’t clear enough, Rush quadrupled their revenues to over $3B and grew rapidly as a publicly traded company.
