Born and raised in Mexico city, Daniel is natively fluent in both English and Spanish and has a passion for computers that started since he was 8 years old. At the age of 15 and being a Mexican national swimming team member, he was already considered an expert in digital video, DTP, photography and 3D animation and put together one of the first digital non-linear editing suites for two of the mayor TV broadcasting companies in Mexico, additionally imparting courses on it’s proper use.
He created the longest 3D animation in Latin America at the time which explained the Mexican satellite system and it’s launch into orbit, rendering took over 2 months with several computers involved, being BetacamSP it’s final output. Always a constant learner, Daniel travelled to the US visiting and collaborating in industry expos like Siggraph and Macworld.
Currently living in Austin TX with Claudia and being the father of two wonderful children Daniel keeps taking photographs, swimming and is now a painter at Claudia’s ArteStudio art studio.
He enjoys work while expanding his knowledge at Eureka Software Solutions.
