    Director of Operations

    Deborah is one of our longest-tenured employees – she’s been ensuring we all get paid since 1997! She runs the daily business operations from invoicing and employee insurance to new hire coordination and payroll. Deborah is the heart of the company. She makes sure the lights are on and the company gets paid. Her work enables the Eureka team to focus on the client.

    Deborah earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Concordia University in Austin. When she started her career path Deborah worked in retail management, but soon switched to the technology field. Deborah’s decision eventually led her to work at Eureka Software Solutions.

    Deborah grew up in Austin and is excited to raise her family here as well. She and her husband Anthony have 3 children.  In her personal time she can be found running to school band functions and baseball games.
